Erlend Oye’s DJ Kicks is one of my favourite EVER mixes, first heard it be played at a 30th birthday in a chalet -it had everyone up dancing when we were all wrecked from the night before and it is always played by our circle at gatherings ever since -absolute quality!!!

So to give you a more complete answer Armida, there aren't plans to release the edit. It's a quite subtle edit, mostly to aid with the mixing as it appears on the album. You can get the original and the Dusty Re-Work on 12" or digital download here Jazz & Milk also have them up on their Soundcloud. Hope that helps!

Hi Phil. The EP is a single for the exclusive MCDE track from the mix, “L.O.V.E.” It will also have a non-album version of the same song, titled “Basement L.O.V.E.” which won’t be on the LP. There will also be another single, with a couple of remixes from some great artists, which will also not be on the LP.

This is such an awesome release !
Granted I think Apparat can do no wrong, but his track selection here is almost perfect (as is evidenced by how many of these tracks I have now bought from Beatport).
Also his own tracks are pure Apparat goodness and “Circles” is quite stunning and have that unique Apparat signature.
This will sit as one of my favourite CD’s of the year, along with Fehlmann’s Gute Luft. Bloody brilliant stuff.
